Plan the scarf as part of your identity

Start with the group colours, wording and emblem. Share a reference showing the overall appearance you want, including the placement of each element and any border or trim preferences.

Tell us who will wear the scarf and provide the intended dimensions if you have them. Ask about the available materials and finishing options rather than assuming a reference photograph specifies them. Keep an approved colour reference for the order.

Collect sizes before confirming apparel

For shirts and headwear, explain the activity and intended use: a programme team, a contingent travelling together or merchandise for an event. List each garment type separately.

• Request the size chart for the actual proposed garment.
• Collect quantities by size and any required colour variants.
• Identify front, back and sleeve artwork positions where applicable.
• Check names and personalised details against a final approved list.
• Ask how materials, decoration and packaging affect the quotation.

Size labels can differ between garments. Confirm measurements against the supplied chart before submitting the final quantity breakdown.

Keep a mixed order organised

Use one approved artwork folder and name one person to consolidate feedback. If your order includes custom Scout badges, provide the same spelling and colour references across the items while allowing for differences in materials and production methods.

Separate participant quantities from any spare stock. If items must be packed by team or collected by different organisers, include that requirement in the brief and ask whether it can be accommodated.
